Refund/ Cancellation Policy:
Paid deposits, workshop fees, session fees and festival tickets are generally non refundable or transferrable to another date or event. You can however on-sell or pass on your ticket to another person.
If you cannot attend a pre booked session and need to cancel please give us as much notice as possible. Failure to cancel a session and notify us at least 24hrs in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee unless there was an emergency. Pre paid sessions that are not attended won’t be refunded if you don’t notify us prior to the session.
If the organiser changes the date of a workshop all fees already paid to us are refundable, exempt of travelling costs incurred.
Cancellations in case of emergencies will be looked at at a case to case basis and might result in your workshop fee or deposit being refunded minus a processing fee of $50.
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our updates, respond to a survey or fill out a form. We use this information only to send periodic emails. sending you updates about your booking and/or upcoming new courses, events and workshops or promotions. You can unsubscribe from our updates anytime at the bottom of each email.
I understand and recognise that some of the content in the sessions and workshops can bring up emotions or be of sexual nature and that I am participating at my own risk. I agree that what happens to me during a workshop or session stays under my control and facilitators are not in any way held responsible. I agree to seek support from my counsellor and to share and speak up should I feel at any time uncomfortable with any of the exercises acknowledging that all exercises are optional at all events, session and workshop offered by the Taste of Love Tantra School.
